Florida Prospects.com is proud to continue to bring you the best information for high school sports in the state of Florida. Today we have a sit down with North Broward Prep Wide Receiver Michael Moore who recently received some good news about his recruitment.

FP So tell me how do you feel now that you have received your first offers?

MM I was very excited when my coach told me the news. It feels like all of my hard work is now starting to pay off, but it doesn’t mean I will stop working as hard as I do.

FP Were you surprised to get all three at the same time?

MM Yes I was. I wasn't even expecting to get one. But, when all three offered it really surprised me. It showed that colleges as really starting to take some notice in me.

FP Tell me how do you feel about the schools that offered you? Do they instantly become one of your favorite?

MM They all definitely made a huge push by offering early. I really like UCF's WR coach. He was a real nice. He even stopped by my spring basketball game. I don't know too much about Auburn, but they are in the SEC so they have a big time program and Norte Dame is Norte Dame. They have great history. I wouldn’t say they are my favorites but they are definitely in the picture.

FP So who would you say are your top teams as of now?

MM Miami, FSU, UF, NC State, Georgia, Auburn, UCF, Norte Dame. Miami, FSU, UF are my top 3, but the rest are not in any order, and a new school that has shown some interest is Tennessee.

FP Those are a lot of big time schools, what exactly are you looking for in a school?

MM I want to play for a big time college. I'm looking for a school that has a chance to play for a national championship. I want coaches who will most likely be there for all my years in college. I want to play for a team with a great work ethic. I want to be in a competitive atmosphere.

FP With the early offers in hand, what are your plans for this summer? Will you be visiting any camps?

MM I am going to the Florida State's, University of Miami, and University of Florida football camps. I also want to go the NC State camp and Ohio State and I am looking to see what other out of state camps I should go to.

FP What are you looking to improve the upcoming season?

MM My main focus right now is route running and making plays after the catch. On defense I want to be in on more tackles

FP You mention defense, do you see yourself playing defense in college?

MM It really doesn’t matter. I would like to play Wide Receiver to start though.

FP Are you excited to be back on the field again?

MM Of course. I just want to get the pads on now

FP I know you were telling me before that you were trying to get your weight up, have you done that?

MM Yes I’m about 193 now. I want to be at around 197-205 next season
