MLK Boys Basketball Classic at Orlando Jones |

The Florida Prospects staff would like to extend its warmest welcome to you and thank you for attending our Seventh Annual Florida Prospects Boys Basketball M.L.K. Classic at Orlando Jones High School.
The event is designed to give teams the opportunity to showcase their talent to college coaches and the community. The Florida Prospects Boys Basketball Shootout is designed to bring exposure to Central Florida’s top high school basketball programs, by pairing Central Florida’s local high school team against high school teams from the rest of the state.
This year’s event features some of the top teams and players in the state of Florida as well as tradition rich programs.
Teams this year includes: Sixth ranked Miami American comes in with a record of 11-4 and is ranked sixth in the state. Class 1A surprise team in Deltona Trinity Christian under new head coach Denny Hinson has a record of 13-3. State power West Orange Warriors has a record of 13-4. Orlando Boone High School boasts a record of 12-3 and have Division One top prospect Schuyler Rimmer. Other Teams includes Miami Southridge 11-5, St. Petersburg Lakewood 12-3, Orlando Jones 10-6, and Pinellas Park 9-8.

The Florida Prospects staff would like to extend its warmest welcome to you and thank you for attending our Fourth Annual Florida Prospects Girls Basketball Classic at Orlando Dr. Phillips High School.
The event is designed to give teams the opportunity to showcase their talent to college coaches and the community. The Florida Prospects Girls Basketball Shootout is designed to bring exposure to Central Florida’s top high school basketball programs, by pairing Central Florida’s local high school team against high school teams from the rest of the state.
The event features four Central Florida teams competing with four teams from outside the area.
Florida Prospects is organizers of five major events throughout the state and is proud to be a part of another event that will showcase Florida’s kid to college coaches across the nation.
I have enclosed a copy of last year’s schedule. Our event usually gathers the top teams in the state of Florida each year and next year’s event will be better than ever.
We would like to formally invite your team to participate in our tournament. We feel that this tournament will provide you with good competition and great exposure to teams from the Central Florida Area.

Sixth Annual MLK Boys Basketball Classic |

The 2010 Martin Luther King Jr. Boys Basketball Classic, gives us an opportunity not only to pay tribute to the man and his ideals, but to recognize student athletes that demonstrate leadership ideals and the coaches that commit their time and resources to nurture our young leaders.
The tournament is designed to give teams the opportunity to demonstrate the enduring qualities that will lead our youth to be productive citizens and leaders in our community. The MLK Holiday Classic is designed to bring exposure to Central Florida's top high school basketball programs, by pairing Central Florida's local high school team against high school teams from the rest of the state. The tournament will be held at Jones High School, 801 South Rio Grande Avenue, Orlando, FL
Our event is a summons to all coaches, players, parents and supporters to join in commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday. On this day, we will ask all of you, in your own way, to permit the dream to live on in your heart and become the firm foundation for our youth to demonstrate their passion for learning and their devotion for the community that has supported their growth in sport.

Fourth Annual Dante Anderson Memorial Invitational |

Florida Prospects with permission from the Dante Anderson Family and Gainesville Eastside Basketball program is honored to present this Invitational in the name of one Gainesville's BEST High School basketball players ever to play.
This event serves in remembrance of Dante Anderson, who lost his life suddenly in a car accident on May 19th 2007.
The event showcases some of the top basketball talent from the Gainesville and surrounding areas competing against some of the top teams throughout the state of Florida.
Florida Prospects is proud to be involved with the Dante Anderson family and Eastside basketball program.

This tournament is designed to help us showcase talented student athletes, to some of the top college programs in the nation. The invitational is a 16-team girls basketball tournament, which will be held at Dr. Phillips High School- 6500 Turkey Lake Rd, Orlando, FL on December 20-22, 2010.
